Crawl Options

You can select the depth to which you want Publisher to crawl.

Maximum number of levels to crawl - Publisher can crawl one level or an unlimited number of levels and many increments in between.

Publish items that have not been published - Check this option if you want to publish unpublished content items before Publisher crawls them in.

  a. Open an administrative folder.
  b. In the Create Object menu, click Crawler - Remote.
  c. In the Choose Content Source dialog box, select the appropriate data source and click OK.

  a. Navigate to the remote content crawler you want to edit.
  b. Click the remote content crawler name.
