Type no more than 255 characters in the text box.
Long Text
Type a message of any length in the text box. Depending on the property configuration in the Data Entry Template, long text entries can use either a plain text box or a rich text editor. The rich text editor has a toolbar that lets you format the text, insert tables, and add a Web link.
Integer
Type exact numbers with no decimals. If the user types text into a number field, an "invalid entry" error occurs.
Type a date in the text box, or click

Selection List
Choose one or more items from the list.
To choose an item, click it.
To choose multiple individual items:
- Click an item.
Hold down the Ctrl key and click additional items.
To choose a range of items:
- Click the first item in the range.
- Hold down the Shift key and click the last item in the range.
Note: Depending on the type of list, you might not be able to select more than one item.
Real
